Steven HEARN


Graduate in economics‚ philosophy and history of art. He gained a wide professional experience in the field of cultural and social strategies. He worked for Art Public Contemporain (from 1992 to 1995)‚ the Ministry of Research (from 1996 to 1997‚ the European Biomed II programme)‚ and a communications agency specialising in the non-profit sector. He developed equipment and networks which enabled him to create Le troisième pôle in 2000 and the holding company Scintillo in 2010.
