Thomas CASSUTO

Magistrate, LLM (law). He was an examining magistrate for several years notably in economic and financial matters in Paris and then in Nanterre. He is the author of ‘Les défis du vivant’ (pub. Éditions Présaje, 2004) and ‘La santé publique en procès’ (pub. PUF, 2010). He is a national legal expert on secondment to the European Commission, and takes part in the development and negotiation of many aspects of criminal law in the European Union.
