When Bruno Heintz and Jean-Marc Oury created a small company in 1997, the New Economy was not yet fashionable. These two enthusiastic mathematicians were convinced that, in the future, the creation of value would depend on the relationships between objects and their users. They developed technologies which would allow objects to be adapted to the needs of their users. Once they had recruited dozens of developers and researchers from the top French, English and Chinese laboratories, they entered the biotechnology market, the video games market, interactive television and so on.
