The IT industry is not yet fifty years old. One tends to remember only the astonishing progress of technology throughout its spectacular development which enables the construction of machines which are increasingly efficient. However, companies in this industry have a very turbulent life : too short for some, briefly prestigious for others, but IT empires do not fail.
