It is not surprising that public and private sector employees, as well as others involved in society are confused, particularly regarding the problem of employment. People look to managers in powerful positions or thos who oppose them, but they all seem incapable of making sense of the events. The intentions of those in power appear to be obscure, their lack of efficiency is irritating, and the absence of real communication is exasperating. Suddenly, from nowhere and out of control, the conflict erupts. This is a manifestation of an overwhelming rebuff to those in power and shows both a profound apprehension of the change as well as a strong desire for another way to lead the country.
