How is recruitment and management of cultural diversity different in Nigeria from any other country ? What are the implications of this diversity with regard to the management of teams in the country, and what important changes appear to be taking shape in this field today ? A discussion between a recruitment consultant and a sociologist about the 'African diamond' questions the link between Western management methods for universal application and the purely practical tools created in a specific cultural context. This is a question largely ignored by companies in Nigeria.
