He joined Danone twenty-nine years ago, and for fifteen years held numerous positions within the Group – sales, merchandising, negotiation, management, marketing, supply chain – before joining the Les 2 Vaches intrapreneurial project. For seven years, he was the sales director of this brand before becoming, in 2014, the managing director of Les Prés Rient Bio (a Danone group company marketing Les 2 Vaches). Very involved in projects to structure the organic sector, he is aware of the unattractiveness of the profession of dairy farmer, which raises the dramatic question of the sustainability of extensive organic farms in France. This is why he has decided, as of July 1, 2022, to devote himself entirely to Simple comme Bonjour, a project incubated for two years within Danone. The aim of this project is to help organic farmers make the transition to processing and marketing their own yoghurts.
