Franck LIRZIN
Engineer of the École des mines, he is director of transformation at SNCF Immobilier. He began his career at the french Ministry of Economy and Finance and then, from 2017 to 2022, he was director of Homya, a private housing lessor, a subsidiary of the Gecina group. He is the author of the book Paris face au changement climatique (Aube, 2022).
