Hervé DIGNE

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ENA, he is president of Manifesto and ADLCA (Association for the development of artists' creation spaces). Former president of the Collection Lambert and honorary president of the Cercle de l'Odéon, he was also administrator of the FRAC (Fonds régional d'art contemporain) Île-de-France and the CNAP (Centre national des arts plastiques). He co-founded Manifesto with Laure Confavreux-Colliex in 2015, then ADLCA in 2021.
