Isabelle BOUTY

A professor of organisational and strategic management at Paris Dauphine University – PSL and a member of UMR CNRS 7088 Dauphine Recherche en Management, her research explores the relationships between the individual, collective and organisational levels in organisational and strategic processes. She adopts a practical and process-based approach. Her work has been published in leading international journals such as the Perspectives on Process Organization Studies series and the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Studies, Human Relations, M@n@gement and Management Learning. She is in charge of the doctoral programme in management at Paris Dauphine – PSL.
