Professor of History of Science and Technology at the CNAM (Conservatoire national des Arts et Métiers), he is a researcher and director of the HT2S (History of Technoscience in Society) laboratory, where he conducts research into the socio-history of innovation, particularly the evolution of information technology in the 20th century. He has led numerous projects at the intersection of science, innovation, and society (exhibitions, MOOCs) and is also editor-in-chief of the Cahiers d'histoire du CNAM.
