A partner at LSP and treasurer of the Lean Institute France, she began her career as an entrepreneur, founding two companies. A stay in Japan, home of Toyota, and an MBA from Dauphine accelerated her transition into organizational transformation. Her book La Machine à bullshit will be published in 2026.
