Victor SEBAG

A committed entrepreneur, graduate of École Polytechnique, and former consultant at Boston Consulting Group, he decided in 2016 to create an innovative home care solution for people with reduced independence (due to old age or disability). The goal is to finally provide a reliable, comprehensive, and resolutely human service. Ten years after its creation, the Ouihelp group (Ouihelp, Joya, and ONELA) supports more than 22,000 families, is present in more than 200 cities in France, and employs more than 7,000 caregivers. This represents more than 520,000 hours of care per month for people with disabilities.
