Thomas MAURISSE

Engineering graduate of the Institut des Télécoms, the École polytechnique and the École des Mines. He works for the Ministry for the Budget and Public Accounts and is in charge of the public audiovisual sector and the media on the Budget management committee. Between 2005 and 2006, he worked in India as project manager for EADS in the Indian Sourcing Initiative project and acquired excellent knowledge of the Indian industrial fabric.
