The talent pyramid: from creator to decision-maker

The categorisation of talent based solely on market recognition is of little value from a management perspective. This is why Thomas Paris distinguishes four categories: creative, designer, creator and, finally, A-list talent. Beyond the mere act of creation, making a decision, becoming established over time and then being recognised by the market are the different stages that enable one to climb the ladder of the talent pyramid.
