Social life

The creation of this seminar works on the assessment that companies were no longer able to ensure permanent professional status to everyone, and that in particular the attempt to find purely economic solutions was futile and that it was better to encourage the development of other forms of social ties However, this idea comes up against the problem that the initiatives which are developed in the non-economic sphere are not well known, or are judged pejoratively. The seminar is devoted to letting these initiatives become known to a wider audience, and to permit understanding of the underlying reasons for them. Extraordinary discoveries were made which in turn made one ask oneself what lessons could be learnt from these experiences, at a time when employees are asking for *a raison d’être* for what they do.
