The Pic Group’s recipe for highlighting its chef’s talent

The Pic Group is an extraordinary family saga, which has seen three generations of chefs win three Michelin stars one after the other. Under the management of Anne-Sophie Pic and her husband David Sinapian, the French Group has been expanding for the last twenty years: after the historic stronghold of Valence, followed by Lausanne, Paris, London, Megève and Singapore, the Group will have about fifteen restaurants around the world within the next five years. The company’s development can be seen as a process of spreading individual talent. As a third-generation chef, Anne-Sophie came to the kitchen through a rather unusual path, and is passionate about creation. Her creativity feeds the activities of the Group’s restaurants, for which she draws up the menus, as well as its developments. This has led the company to adapt its organisation to keep her at its heart, while preserving her ability to remain creative.
