12 benchmarks for industrial adventures

Over the past ten years, the École de Paris has studied around a hundred remarkable adventures of industrial SMEs and mid-sized company. It would be unwise to draw recipes from them, because facing low-cost competition, success means standing out from the crowd. Identifying the obstacles that these companies have to overcome and showing how each has succeeded can be a source of inspiration for others. An analogy with artistic creation is then proposed as a way of thinking about ambitious industrial strategies.
