Seminar Management of Innovation | Wednesday April 19, 2000

According to Bernard MAITRE, associate manager of Galileo Partners, the start-up companies are the best organisations to elaborate efficient innovations with large added value assessed, and the new economy is chiefly based upon their existence. At first Bernard MAITRE explains some of the methods that he is using in this capital-risking business, then he gives some rather unusual points of view concerning the relations between big business and start-up companies, he mentions also the responsibilities of the governments regarding the present development of business. At last he proposes what could be the new economy in the future.
