The creation of the Les Arcs resort, or the management of a utopia

At the INSEAD Business School, Roger Godino taught that all that was necessary in order to be good in business was to have a good market, a good product, and good managers ; ‘the money will then follow’. His students replied "As you have the market and the product - the ski resort we conjured up with you - show us ! ". The end result was thirty years of passion and strategy, inventions and dangers, and an excellent lesson in management.
